No-Refund Policy
All payments made for bookings, services, or packages at Infinity Nature Resort are non-refundable under all circumstances.
No refunds will be given for cancellations by the guest, no-shows, early departures, or any unused portion of booked services.
Requests for refunds due to changes in travel plans or personal circumstances will not be accepted.
In exceptional and extraordinary circumstances (e.g. government travel bans, natural disasters), the Resort may — at its sole discretion — offer a booking credit or reschedule options. This is not guaranteed and shall be assessed case by case.
