Welcome to Infinity Nature Resort. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking services, and payments. By accessing our site or making a booking, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to make reservations or payments.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when you make a booking or register.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Booking, Payments & Confirmation
When you make a booking through our website (or by authorized channels), you authorize us to charge the full amount using the payment method you provide.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Resort. We may refuse or cancel any booking (or part thereof) for reasons including, but not limited to, errors in pricing, room unavailability, suspected fraud, or any violation of these Terms.
Upon successful payment, we will send you a booking confirmation. This confirmation is proof that we have accepted your booking under these Terms.
3. Rates, Taxes & Charges
Room rates, service fees, taxes, and other charges are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to adjust rates, fees, or taxes due to governmental or regulatory changes.
You are responsible for any additional costs incurred during your stay (e.g. mini-bar, extra services, damage, etc.).
4. Check-in / Check-out & Stay Rules
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is 12:00 Noon (unless otherwise permitted by Resort).
Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
You agree to behave respectfully, comply with all resort policies, and not damage property. The Resort reserves the right to charge for damages, repair, or loss.
5. Cancellation, Modifications & No-Refund Policy
All confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds will be given for cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or any unused portion of the stay.
You may request a date change or modification; such requests may only be approved at the sole discretion of the Resort and subject to availability and internal policies.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. government travel restrictions, natural disasters), management may — at its discretion — offer booking credits or rescheduling, but is not obligated to provide refunds.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
The Resort is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your booking, stay, or use of facilities.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services; we are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disasters, governmental action, etc.).
Your use of the website, bookings, and services are at your own risk. We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website (text, images, logos, design, etc.) is the property of Infinity Nature Resort (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or alter such content without our prior written consent.
8. Amendments & Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
Continued use of booking services or staying at the resort after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend access to the website or booking services for any user who violates these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before Sri Lankan courts.
